Jon V.W. CD Release

Perth, On --- Jon V.W. will release his debut CD “Love life to death” at the Perth Studio Theatre on Friday, March 14, 2008. Jon is co-founder of Audio Valley Recording Studio with Keith Glass of Prairie Oyster. He’s worked behind the scenes with some of Canada’s leading artists and “Love life to death” is realization of a personal dream and journey.

The first single, "For a girl who rides horses" was released nationally and is an immediate hit with his fans from “Along for the Ride.” Jon composed and produced music for the program nationally broadcast on Global Television. The album has already sold one thousand units as it will be distributed as part of the show’s DVD package in North America. “For a girl who rides horses” is also in heavy rotation at Lake 88.1 in Perth, Ontario.

Some of the best session people in the industry including Jon Park Wheeler, Andrew Affleck, Mats Lindeberg and Kellylee Evans helped out on the recording. The ten song collection is heavy on acoustic guitars, melody and a sweet assortment of beats, loops and electronica.

Expect surprises at the CD release. Tickets are only $15 and include a copy of “Love life to death.” Doors: 7:30 p.m. Show: 8:00 p.m.
