Canadian Cowboy Rubs Shoulders with Einstein

Alberta, CA --- One of Canada’s famous rodeo cowboys, the late Earl W. Bascom, has been honored, along with Albert Einstein, as one of the world’s most famous inventors of all time.

Born 100 years ago in Vernal, Utah and raised in Alberta, Canada, Earl Bascom is known world-wide for his rodeo equipment inventions and designs.

Among his innovations are the side-delivery bucking chute, the hornless bronc saddle, the one-hand bareback rigging and the modern high-cut rodeo chaps.
