If you've ever admired horses, even from a distance, the Horse Showcase 2006 is the place to be on Sunday, May 28th!

So many horse breeds, so many horses doing so many things and ALL in ONE place! Bays, browns, sorrels, greys, palominos and more! Paints, Arabians, Appaloosas, Clydesdales, Percherons, Miniatures and even Mules (those long ears are just so gorgeous!) :o) And, you don't have to stay all day - the program runs in the morning and repeats in the afternoon.

So, if you're in the neighhhhh-bourhood ;-} of Strathcona Olympiette Centre (find Range Road 224 on Hwy. 14 and go north until just past Township Road 520; Fultonvale arena, by another name) and have the time to drop by you will behold an equine spectacle of horses, riders, carriages and more. One of the favourites last year was the Prince Philip Games (PPG) demo where children compete on horseback at various different challenging games.

If the weather doesn't cooperate (which it will!) you can still enjoy indoor activities with booths, speakers and a Kids Korral.

At Alberta Equine ...On-Line we think the Horse Showcase is a wonderful opportunity for both horse owners and horse lovers alike... We sponsored part of the agenda for Horse Showcase 2005 and this we will have a booth at their newly established indoor activities area. We will also be announcing a special way that you can join with us and help support next year's Horse Showcase 2007. (This is also your last chance to win one of our gift baskets until January when we give one away at the Horse Breeders and Owners Conference in Red Deer!)

Drop into the exhibits area and say Hi... We look forward to meeting you all at the Horse Showcase 2006!
