2003 16.3H Canadian Warmblood: 2003 16.3hh Warmblood gelding by Warkanson, Wartann has a sparkling personality and strong confident movement, especially in the dressage arena. Comfortable lateral work, acute transitions, simple changes, steady 2nd level dressage. Bathes, loads, cross-ties, lunging experience. The last season showed very promising bold cross-country schooling at training level and a keen eye for stadium. He has also toured the Ya Ha Tinda and Bearberry areas in poker rallies. Persistent exposure to machinery operation due to active farm environment. Very friendly, but requires an assertive rider/handler as he often forgets his size. Talented Andalusian - Ready to be your Next Dressage Star: Brujo is a talented and athletic gelding standing 16.1 1/2 hands; born 2003. He is training 2nd and 3rd level dressage movements with potential for much more. Changes started, half-pass confirmed, excellent lengthened strides. Will have an extended trot that will rival any Warmblood. Needs a quiet, confident rider with soft hands and an educated seat to bring out the big movement that he is capable of. Beautiful Quarter Horse/Appy Mare for sale: Star is a 3/4 Quarter Horse 1/4 Appaloosa mare and is currently 13 years old. She is a solid black with two white hind pasterns and a white star on her forehead. She stands about 14.3 hh. She would work nicely for an intermediate rider as she does have some get up and go. She was worked extensively over the summer months up to the end of September. I am in College now and I am unable to provide her with the time she requires. She has a nice stop and moves nicely off your leg. She did some barrel work this summer and really enjoyed it. Star does ground drive under harness as well, but I was not able to hook her up to a cart before the snow fell. On Canada Day this year my friend and I took both Star and her gelding into town to ride around and enjoy the festivities. Star did wonderful, she walked quietly through town, crossed railroad tracks, and I took her for a little run through a big open field. The noise, vehicles, decorations and screaming kids did not bother her at all! She was a little herd bound when I bought her 5 years ago but I did spend a lot of time working with her on that, and this summer did take her on a few rides alone down the road. She stands quietly for the farrier and does bathe. She loads well into a trailer and is sound. Star would make a great all-around horse for someone looking to ride once a week up to everyday, it makes no difference to her. She loves the attention. I am looking for a very good home for her as she means a lot to me. I am asking $5000 OBO. She is located north of Cochrane off highway 22 towards Balzac.
