New!! Awesome All-Around Kid's or Adult's Horse: Tequila is a very sweet, cute Appaloosa/QH mare. 15HH, 13 years old. Goes English and Western. Has been ridden in the mountains, used for hunting, etc. and is now being used as an intermediate English lesson horse. Shown successfully Walk-Trot Dressage and Hunter/Jumper to 2ft (student’s first show). Schooling 2’6 easily; very handy, does her lead changes. She has nice forward movement but is not strong; will jump or cross whatever you put in front of her (barrels, walls, water, planks, etc). Great on trails. Not for a complete beginner (she is quite responsive to leg) but would suit a confident novice or intermediate rider. Quiet enough to be safe and reliable with enough "umph" and willingness to be a lot of fun! Would make an excellent kid’s, adult, family, lesson, farm, 4H or Pony Club horse. Could easily go reining, penning, etc. Easy to handle, no vices, easy keeper. UTD on teeth, vaccines, etc. Only offered for sale as I have very limited space and we’re just not using her enough.

Honest and gentle, Martin needs a loving, patient owner for him to reach his full potential. A "love" to be around, his beautiful neck, rocking chair canter, and easy way of going make him a pleasure to ride. He’s an attractive horse; 15.1HH with a kind, soft eye, is quiet to handle, and has superb ground manners. Martin is a 'quick study', eager and willing-to-please, and very athletic. As of April 2008 he has five months of professional training. He has 3 good gaits, his leads are well established and he moves away from his rider’s leg aids. Martin is started over fences and shows good form. He loves to jump, but does not get quick. He will make a great project horse for a competent rider to develop. In his last month of training a junior rider thirteen years old, easily put him through his paces over 2 foot jumps. Martin is sired by Hungarian Warlock whose sire, Hungarian Fontos and grandsire Hungarian Nicsak won regional and national championships in Virginia, California, and Canada. They competed in Hunter, Eventing, and Endurance disciplines. They were also campaigned by Linda Tellington-Jones. He is eligible for registration with the HHAA. New!! 6-Year-Old Black Appendix -Quiet: Monty is a 6-year-old black quarter horse/thoroughbred (appendix) gelding. Quiet and gentle. Will be a good kid’s horse some day. He has been around chickens, turkeys, lots of goats, cattle, farm trucks, combines, snowmobiles and cars. He is 15.2 HH. I get his teeth done once a year as well as his 4-way West Nile and recently strangles. Has a negative coggins test. He is really good with the farrier. I have ridden him in an indoor arena and he is really good with the sand hitting the sides. He loads in the trailer without leading him in. He is collecting very nicely and his stop is getting better. His jog is nice and slow, not choppy. His canter is good, he goes straight into transitions as soon as you cluck or kiss. Would make a great English mount. I have been riding him Western and a little English. I ride him on the trails as well. He does not have papers. He has never had any health issues. I am an advanced beginner rider and can ride him no problem, he is still young and needs a firm hand though. Whoever would like to come see him is welcome but they must trial him out before they take my friend home. I will only let him go to an approved home. He will be a good mount for any discipline. He is very calm but still spooks at the odd object just like any other horse.

Well-Broke Solid 16hh APHA Gelding: Sold! Nugget is a well-broke gelding. He is a Sorrel APHA. He has mostly been arena rode, but I have been trail riding him this spring and last fall and he has been awesome. He had 6 months pro training on him by his previous owners who had owned him since he was 2 years old, but moved out of province. He has great bloodlines, is super smooth and very athletic. I have a young family and he is wasting in my pasture. You can leave him for months and just tack him up and go. I took him to a show last fall and he was great. Give me a call to come see him. Gorgeous 12 Yr Old Well-Broke Golden Palomino Mare: Sold! Daisy is a well-broke 12yr old 15.2hh mare. We have owned Daisy for over 4yrs and have used her for trail riding for my husband mostly and she is a great mountain riding horse for him. The only reason she is for sale is that I am pregnant and we won't be doing any riding for 3-4yrs likely. Daisy can neck-rein, side pass, turn on forehand and haunches, ride bareback, double and she was also trained to pull a sleigh before we bought her but we have never used her for that purpose. Handsome 15hh, solid jet black, Classic Canadian gelding. Jack is “Mister Personality” personified. Always the first one to the gate to greet you (gets more treats that way, I assume is his belief), truly enjoys being with and around people. He loves to be fussed over, good with bathing, clippers, farrier, etc. Has an abundance of mane and tail! Jack has a very playful and mischievous side to him as well, loves to play with rubber horse balls or if one isn’t available, a stick will do as well. Shakes it and tosses it in the air, trying to get someone to “play” with him. This carries over to when you are riding him as well. He is a thinker and needs a rider with intermediate or experienced skill level. Well broke for riding both Western and English. Goes out alone with no problem and is also good in a group situation. For his size, he has an exceptionally big lofty trot that is very first-rate. Jack steps out smartly at the walk and has a good quality canter. Jack is a lot of fun to ride, truly enjoys being out and about. Has an aptitude for most things he has been introduced to. I feel if someone is looking for a long distance riding horse that he would be very well-suited to this endeavor.
The first time he was introduced to ground poles and a small jump he took to it like a duck to water .His half brother is doing quite well at 3 day Eventing.
Jack is also started under harness and ground drives quite well, we have not taken him to the next step but he will progress to that quite easily with someone who would like to go that route with him.
His current rider is off to college soon and we want to find him a home where he will get lots of Love and Attention and utilize him well. Located at Rumsey, Alberta. $5000 More photos upon request.

Good All-Aroud Horse: Charlie is a 3-year-old, 15 HH, dark bay Appaloosa gelding (no appy markings). He comes when you call his name. Charlie is very friendly and has lots of respect for people. He has been ridden light since he was 2 years old (lots of trail), he knows all of his basics and is a quick learner. We have been doing lots of arena work with Charlie to get him all softened up and he is coming along beautifully. Charlie would make a great beginner's or intermediate horse in English or Western (he has been ridden and trained in both). He would also make a great family horse. He has good strong legs and feet, he's great with the farrier, deworms easily, takes his shots without hassle, use to blankets, trailers great, use to baths...pretty much will let you do anything with him as long as you give him a chance to check it out first. Charlie would also make a great Western reiner or dressage prospect, as he is very quick and responsive to leg pressures. Too many horses, must sell.
